If we don`t start transforming our food system, we will never achieve any climate goals. About one third of global greenhouse gases are produced through our current food system. On Wednesday (16.11.22), I will talk with Alexandra Gavilano from Greenpeace Switzerland, Thomas Paroubek, head sustainability and quality at Migros and Martin Haab, farmer and politician, about nutrition, agriculture, and our role as consumers.
